Please note: Local deliveries take place Monday and Thursday evenings. Orders must be placed by 4pm Sunday or 4pm Wednesday to guarantee next day delivery. Or if you prefer you can collect your meal preps from either our Lancaster or Heysham shops! Meals will be ready on or around 7:30pm - We will contact you when they are going to be delivered or when they are ready to collect.
